Preserving Cayman’s Culture

Cayman Islands Festival of the Arts (Cayfest) is over for another year, but
Cayman National Cultural Foundation (CNCF) Artistic Director Henry Muttoo and
Managing Director Marcia Muttoo are not sitting back and taking it easy after

Bomb Hoax a Good Test
Last week’s bomb threat hoax aboard the Carnival Cruise Line ship, Victory
proved to be a good test of the Cayman Islands’ terrorism response
capabilities, according to members of the Royal Cayman Islands Police (RCIP.)
