Saving the Sandbar
The protective ‘safety ring’ buoy system around the Stingray City Sandbar in
the North Sound should be back in place in the near future, according to the
Leader of Government Business and Minister of Environment, Hon McKeeva Bush.

Tourist Lied About Robbery
Detectives from the George Town Criminal Investigation Department (CID) have
concluded that the daylight armed robbery report made on 16 March by a cruise
passenger was false. Following extensive investigations into the report
from the 28-year-old man who was a passenger aboard a Carnival Cruise Line
