Airport Might Move

The Government is considering relocating Grand Cayman’s international airport to the Eastern Districts, the Leader of Government Business, Hon McKeeva Bush has announced.   Mr Bush first publicly mentioned the possibility in his Budget Policy Statement on 7 May, saying the Government had commissioned the Civil Aviation Authority to develop options for the expansion of Cayman’s airport facilities, including the option of relocating the airport... read more...
