Blue Sky Communications is now providing competition for
Cable & Wireless with more than 40 international payphones placed in
high-tourist traffic areas, including downtown George Town, the Turtle Farm,
and along Seven Mile Beach. More of the international payphones, which are in

The Cayman Islands Culinary Society held its 14th Annual
Chef Competition on 2-3 June at the Westin Casuarina Resorts as 70 chefs from
local restaurants and hotels vied for the title of “Best Chef” and other awards.
At the end of the competition, Westin Casuarina Resort Executive Chef Raymond
Southern was the big winner, bringing in five gold medals and a silver medal on
