First Cayman Bank Liquidation Enters Final Sphere

Almost seven years into the process, the liquidation of First Cayman Bank is in its final phases, according to Official Liquidator Michael Pilling.  Mr Pilling, a Partner with Deloitte and Touche, said that only one aspect of the work remains. “The bulk of the administrative procedures are now complete.
