Housing Trust Firm
The
manager of the National Housing and Community Development Trust (NHCDT), Roger
Bodden, has refuted recent criticism of the Affordable Housing Initiative.
In an interview at the Trust’s George Town office, he emphatically rounded on
critics of the scheme. He said: “The Ministry of Community Development
is concerned that negative publicity from the opposition will discourage

Man Dies In Auto Crash
A 25-year-old local man, Franklin Banagas-Calix, died last
weekend, and three others were injured, in a one-vehicle accident on the
Esterley Tibbetts Highway last Saturday night. The Emergency Communications
Centre (911) received a report at 11:57 pm that a silver-coloured BMW had veered
off the road into the bushes...
