Liquor Licence Moratorium Off

The Liquor Licence moratorium, which has been in effect since 1998, will be lifted for a three-month period as a result of a decision made in last Tuesday’s Cabinet meeting, according to informed sources.  The moratorium prevented new liquor licences from being applied for and granted except in the hotel category.
