company incorporated in the Cayman Islands over seven weeks ago, may not be so
mysterious after all. MC Restoration was recently awarded a $10.7 million
contract by the Cayman Islands Government to remove the debris left by the

Tourism sector looks good for the Cayman Islands
There
has been a strong response from stay over visitors to the Cayman Islands with
the opening of the Island to tourists. This revelation was made by
Deputy Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Tourism Gloria McField Nixon.

available and there was real interest shown by visitors wanting to visit the

Chamber Calls for Legislative Reform
The
Cayman Islands Chamber of Commerce (CICC) believes that legislative reform is
necessary to address issues faced by both landlord and tenants. Chief
Executive Officer of the CICC, Wil Pineau said his organisation is putting a
task force together to look at the issue, as there are problems on both sides.

Person of the Day - April Bending

Since coming to Cayman from Canada four years ago, April Bending has spent much time encouraging people in the community to develop their artistic gift. Just over two years ago, Ms Bending started off the Inside Art project for Cayman’s prisons, and has helped coordinate many other programmes for the National Gallery.
