Two-year moratorium before Cayman General gets rating

After withdrawing its rating from AM Best, it will be two years before Cayman General Insurance can be re-evaluated for another rating.  When a company elects to be removed from its rating system, AM Best’s standard practice is to issue one final rating before withdrawing it, according to John Andre, Vice President of Property Casualty of AM Best.  “Companies are under no obligation to be rated by AM Best"... read more...
