Another man in the Cayman Islands has
been murdered – succumbing to injuries received in a shooting incident on
Wednesday 30 March. His death as a result of violent criminal activity thrusts
the number of shooting incidents in which people have been injured over the last
36 hours up to three – a rate that has never been seen before in the history of

Human trafficking reaches Cayman
Last month some 20 men and women
estimated to be in their early twenties are alleged to have used Grand Cayman as
a transitory country to enter the United States illegally using false
Philippines passports. Cayman Net News has learned that when Cayman Airways flight KX200 from Grand Cayman to Tampa landed on 7 February, the pilot announced

Trouble in the ranks with unfair fares

is growing among George Town taxi drivers, who are concerned about not getting a
big enough slice of the cruise-ship passenger pie. Kenneth Colmore Ebanks,
