Ritz developer banker on visit

An official from the Royal Bank of
Scotland (RBS), the primary financier of the Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman
development on Seven Mile Beach arrived on the Island on Tuesday, 5 April. It is
reported that Roy Harris of the RBS, Real Estate Finance Group is meeting with
Michael Ryan the principal of the Ritz project who also owns dozens of
corporations including Condoco and Stingray Construction, the general
contractors for the resort....
