Low cost housing questions raised

The second bidding process for the Affordable Housing Initiative has come under fire recently as members of the Contractors Association have stated the Minister for Community Services, Dr the Hon Frank McField has not addressed their questions regarding Staunch Ltd.
Furthermore, other questions have emerged that despite the four week bidding
extension, the contract has already been awarded to Staunch Ltd....

Extortion reports denied by RCIPS

Power company did not walk from table insists COO

Chamber clean-up mobilises hundreds

Early Saturday 23 April hundreds of volunteers armed with refuse sacks marched out onto Cayman’s beaches and roadsides for the Eighth Chamber of Commerce Annual Roadside and Beach Clean-up. So many people came that the Chamber ran out of the 800 T-shirts it had prepared for the volunteers. The Clean-up became a community event for people of every age; children and adults all joined in together...
