Change is good
We believe it is fair to say that, by and large, the people of the Cayman Islands are not especially resistant to change, but neither do they seem to welcome it. There seems instead to be a passive co-existence with the changing times and environment as it occurs.
However, sometimes change needs to be precipitated if the country is to continue
to progress in a way that benefits everyone and not just the chosen few....
