After a nerve-wracking week of waiting, Teresa Riba Guerra and Jose Riba the aunt and cousin of Juan Guerra have not received an answer to his request for political asylum from Immigration. Little Cayman gets reprieve from drought

Little Cayman finally got some rain Friday morning – but not enough, say residents. For the first four months of this year, the Islands had less than 2 inches of rain, according to MRCU representative on the Island, Mark Scott.
