Almost five inches of rain in two days brought the long drought in Little Cayman to an end. National Committee’s hurricane test run

As weather system Arlene continued its drenching of the Cayman Islands, the National Hurricane Committee was forced to collapse its two-day, outdoor exercise into a tabletop exercise that lasted just one half day.
