MC Restoration left toxic dirt
The
post-Ivan clean-up company, contracted by the previous administration to deal
with the debris, MC Restoration – who was paid almost 11 million dollars – has
left approximately 20,000 cubic yards of ash containing “rather toxic” elements
such as arsenic behind, said Hon Arden McLean Minister of Community Services,
Youth, Sport and Gender Affairs who, as of 1 July will be Minister of
Communications, Works and Infrastructure...
