RCIPS weakened by resignations

At last count, the number of vacancies within the Royal Cayman Islands
Police Service (RCIPS) stood at 32 – a figure that represents 10 per cent of
the Service’s numbers. And some members of the RCIPS are saying these levels are becoming critical
because low staffing levels can lead to many other problems as well, not least
