As a clerical officer at Faith Hospital
on Cayman Brac, Derry Martin jokes that she does “everything except surgery”. “I
meet the patients and help them get registered, and book appointments for
patients with specialists both here and in Grand Cayman.” She says she also
ensures that people who are unable to come to hospital are checked regularly.
