Truck spills heavy load on Cayman Brac
A truck that tipped over on Ashton Reid Drive on the steep climb to the
Bluff Monday afternoon had a 47,000 lb load of cement. While investigations
are ongoing, police say they suspect that the load was too heavy for the
gradient of the hill, and that the driver should have used an alternative route,
via Polack Drive...
