The Health Services Authority (HSA) has made a fresh start in cardiology with the arrival of Dr Stefan Ott. Cardiology has been a controversial topic in recent months with the abrupt departure of the previous cardiologist Dr Nerraj Prasad and the debate over whether the George Town Hospital should have a cardiac catheterisation lab.
