Pastor Al takes chairmanship of new Health Services Authority board
The Minister of Health Services has appointed Pastor Al Ebanks as the new
Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Health Services Authority (HSA),
which became effective on 1 August. Pastor Ebanks is the minister of Agape Family Worship Centre who will be
taking over after the previous Chairman, Stephen Scott, resigned in May. The

Elmer Ebanks, better known as ‘Shortie’,
works in the Departure Lounge of Gerrard Smith Airport, West End, Cayman Brac
