The Hon Arden McLean, Minister of Communications, Works and Infrastructure,
has said that there should be no one else living in Cayman’s low cost homes
but Caymanians Speaking at the weekly Press Briefing, Mr McLean said that the

Volunteers bring yoga to the Pines Home
Sharon Stainrod and Mary Jane Reilly are two volunteer helpers who have
been coming to the Pines Retirement Home recently. They are both on a training
programme with Bodyworks Yoga Centre and Beauty Spa, in Queens Court, and are
training to be Yoga Instructors. They have decided to do their 12 hours
practical, a requirement of the course, at The Pines retirement home and bring
a gentle form of the ancient practice...

Tour drivers strike over fares hike
A dispute about increased fares for taxi tour operators brought transport
for tourist groups to a halt on 11 August. The strike by members of the Taxi Tour Operators Association of the Cayman
