Team to evaluate permit system

Although the Immigration Work Permit Board said it is catching up on new work permit grants, there is still a backlog of thousands of renewals, highlighting the problem with the current manual system and illustrating the dire need for modernization. The Director of Tourism going in to bat for the Sister Islands
