Unlawful Use of Containers Scam

Forty-foot containers, unloaded and left empty by the
consignees awaiting collection, are the latest target of illegal drug traders
in search of storage for their contraband. However, anti-crime officers are now focusing on the
problem and the Port Authority has a counter-attack plan in place. Only late last week, “a very large quantity of drugs” was
discovered in a 40-foot container sitting at the Island’s Port Authority
