Spirit challenges Cayman Airways
The
home-grown National Flag Carrier Cayman Airways, (CAL) says there won’t be any
air turbulence, as it gets ready to face-up to strong competition in the air
from the Florida-based Spirit Air which has booked its inaugural flight into
Cayman on 9 February 2006. The management of Spirit Air has promised to
reduce the current fares between Cayman and Florida by half and maximize
journey options to travelers...

Cayman Government meets UK Officials

After a meeting in London last week the leader of Government Business Hon Kurt Tibbetts has said that the Government of the Cayman Islands is preparing to reopen the discussions with the UK Government regarding constitutional modernisation.

Former minister calls for reduction in duties on computers

Bodden, the former Minister for Education, is renewing his call for the
Government to reduce import duties on computer equipment, saying it is the tool
