Consumers in the Cayman Islands say they are in a survival mode as they describe the cost of living as “very expensive” and “hectic”. Nothing wrong with ‘disciplining’ children says East End police officer

A reactionary position on disciplining children was taken by the local community officer at the most recent National Parenting Programme meeting in East End.
