Motorists on Cayman are complaining about the rising
price of fuel here despite reports in the US media this week that fuel prices

information about the Cayman Islands in relation to money laundering and other
crimes could be getting “planted” in the international media. According to
that source, “somebody had an agenda” in at least one recent instance as far as

Nine guns handed over in only fifteen days for Rotary’s amnesty
The hand-over of handguns and shotguns in the last couple
of weeks is a significant step in the fight against crime. Some nine weapons
have been handed over to members of the clergy, as well as ammunition in the
Rotary Club gun-buy-back and amnesty which started 1 November. The Club is
