Prison runs out of space
Prison officials are “struggling” to find space to put
inmates at the Cayman Islands HMP Northward prison. According to Prison Director, Dwight Scott, “We are now
at the point where we are struggling to find space to put persons taken into
custody. The situation is now at a critical point.” This is not unexpected news however for Mr Scott as a
result of the newly drafted bills relating to bail, evidence, the penal code...
