Bodden, was busy giving out presents to the residents of The Pines Retirement
Home on Friday, 9 December. More accurately, perhaps, giving the presents to seven
children from Year Five of Bodden Town Primary School, so that they could

hours work. The reason is because before setting the person to the
task, the student did not ask the most important question of the labourer
which is, “What is your immigration status here?” Having not done so, and the labourer’s
