More Cubans still coming

dozen Cubans who were left by their fellow migrants on Point of Sand beach on
Little Cayman for several hours were back on board their boat Friday afternoon
as it was towed out to sea by a Government vessel. Several tourists on
the Island reportedly spotted the twelve Cubans on the beach on Friday, and

group of young children from the Grace Christian Academy had great fun on the
beach last Friday 3 February sand-sculpting the Cayman Islands’ national bird
- the Cayman parrot. The kids got busy creating their colourful artwork on the public beach, West Bay Road and the final result will be entered in the National Children’s Festival of the Arts (NCFA)

Cruisers rise as stay-overs fall

Cayman Islands in 2005 recorded its second highest cruise tourist arrivals in
the last five years, while stay-over numbers decreased by more than 50 percent
for the same period. In the latest statistics published by the
