Cruise ship bypassing Cayman
As
tourism and hospitality officials in the Cayman Islands map out a strategy to
raise standards in line with their upscale product, one cruise line has
suddenly dropped off the itinerary. While the local tourism leaders have
lost the Grand Princess on their radar for the past month, an official of
Princess Cruises disclosed that Playa del Carmen has replaced Grand Cayman as
the port of choice

Trial date set on pensions case

the owner of Cayman Flooring and Kitchen Specialists, Scott Henderson, and the
Solicitor General could not reportedly come to an agreement on the total
amount of pensions owed for his employees, the judge has set the trial for 26
and 27 April in a case that has been in and out of the courts for the past six
