Trial date set on pensions case

Since the owner of Cayman Flooring and Kitchen Specialists, Scott Henderson, and the Solicitor General could not reportedly come to an agreement on the total amount of pensions owed for his employees, the judge has set the trial for 26 and 27 April in a case that has been in and out of the courts for the past six months.  The two parties were supposed to agree the total amount owed to employees... read more...
