Kids get tips from the ‘masters’ of Gospel
Harlem
Gospel Choir held a gospel-singing workshop at First Baptist Church, Crewe
Road on 9 February. Students from several different schools attended,
including the Lighthouse School, Grace Christian Academy, North Side Primary
School, Cayman International and Cayman Prep Schools as well as First Baptist

Spirit and Cayman Airways in partnership
Tourism
Minister Hon Charles Clifford on Thursday 9 February revealed that a
partnership had been forged between the national carrier Cayman Airways and
the US low-cost carrier Spirit Airways which has just entered the local
market. At 12:15 pm last Thursday, Spirit’s inaugural flight 421 from
Fort Lauderdale touched down at the Owen Roberts Airport to signal the
official start of daily flights to Grand Cayman from the US...

New forms for staffing plans
A new Business Staffing Plan (BSP)
application form is now available on the Immigration Department’s website for
use by business owners, managers, and human resources department staff.
The Immigration Law, 2003, mandates that all businesses employing 15 or more
work-permit holders should operate with a business staffing plan that is
