Police Operations Chief, Deputy Commissioner Anthony Ennis,
reported that drunk drivers caught and tested during January 2006 were very
drunk – so drunk that he described them as lethal weapons...

AHI has many shortcomings say contractors

Scott warns, pay attention to Business Sector

it clear that he did not wish to comment on how the Cayman Islands should
“evolve” its constitution, Bermudian Premier, Alexander Scott cautioned that
in constitution discussions, special attention should be paid to the

Arrests highest in over two years
With 360 arrests for the month of January 2006 this is the highest rate in a single month since 2003 and a mark of success for the Royal Cayman Islands Police Service (RCIPS) under the leadership of the new commissioner Stuart
