Recovery Fund gets Dart boost In a surprise announcement, Dart Foundation said it will be injecting $500,000 into the Cayman Islands National Recovery Fund and will also match any donations raised from 29 December 2005 up to another $500,000 potentially totalling $1 million. More millions pumped into Turtle Farm On 23 March the Legislative Assembly approved the issuance of a Government guarantee for a new CI$5 million loan for the Turtle Farm (1983) Limited. This new guarantee now falls behind two other guarantees – for millions of dollars – on behalf of the Turtle Farm. One person dies on Star PrincessPrincess Cruises flew more than 2,600 passengers home with full refunds last weekend after a fire possibly caused by a cigarette broke out aboard a giant ship, leaving a Georgia man dead and 11 other people injured.
