Support needed to save environment

The Department of Environment (DOE) says inadequate laws to police the Cayman Islands’ fragile environment are retarding its work and the public needs to speak out on its behalf. The Health Services Authority (HSA) launched its much-anticipated nationwide health survey this week, which will gather data on health, disease and risk factors for a comprehensive National Health Registry.
