Former HSA CEO’s claim continues to drag on Two years after the former CEO of the Health Services Authority (HSA) left his post there is still no trial date set for the legal claim filed by Michael Elliott. Furthermore, Mr Elliott’s attorney expects that a trial date will not be set until sometime in 2007, which would then be three years since he departed. Man named in suspected suicideThe Royal Cayman Islands Police Service, (RCIPS) said on Tuesday that the man found dead in North Side on Saturday morning is Dion Roderick Ebanks, of Eli Bush Lane, Town Hall Road, West Bay.
