Blood Shortage at Hospital The Laboratory Services Department within the Health Services Authority (HSA) estimates it needs a minimum of 290 more blood donors to safely get through the 2006 hurricane season. Law set to change on birth registrations If all goes according to plan there will be no such thing as an "illegitimate" child anymore.
