Finance firm launches Animal Welfare Fund

Tipping fees coming says Minister

Hon Arden McLean, Minister of Communications, Works and Infrastructure, has warned that garbage-related fees are on the way.  Almost everywhere in the world tipping fees are charged to residents for dumping large quantities of trash, particularly construction waste, into landfills, except in the Cayman Islands. Witnesses sought to East End Robbery
