Pirates Week under attack The Minister of Tourism, Hon Charles Clifford, told a meeting of the People's Progressive Movement, this week that changes could be in the works for the Cayman Islands' Pirates Week Festival which has run for 28 years and brings music, dancing, fireworks and costumes to the streets of Grand Cayman for 11 days.
