Rollover creates certainty says Minister

According to Hon Alden McLaughlin, Minister of Education, the seven-year term limit Rollover policy provides a certainty for overseas workers that didn't exist before its implementation. Police concerned over hardcore drunk-drivers

On Monday 21 August, the Royal Cayman Islands Police Service issued a statement saying it was disappointed over the number of people arrested during the weekend for drinking and driving.
