One of the biggest events on the Cayman Islands running calendar, the 14th annual St. Patrick’s Day 5K Irish Jog, co-sponsored each year by Butterfield Bank and Hyatt Regency, gets underway on Friday, 17 March at 5:30 pm at the Hyatt golf course.

Butterfield Bank staff volunteers are gearing up for the event by dressing in fun wear and an Irish Jog T-shirt, all complimentary when participants sign up. There will also be fabulous spot prizes awarded on a draw basis, including Waterford crystal, sunset sails, dinners for two and spa services.

The grand-prize this year is two round-trip tickets on Cayman Airways to Chicago with two nights’ Hyatt hotel accommodations. Food and refreshments will be available after the event.

Race day registration will be available from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm at the race venue. The entry fee is just CI$10 per person and all proceeds will be donated to the Cayman Islands Cancer Society towards the purchase of a digital mammography unit.

For further information please email irishjog@butterfieldbank.ky or call Rhonda Serrano at 815-7549.
