Steve Parsons and Susan Boyko have recently joined The Lund Team at RE/MAX Cayman Islands as sales associates.

Working under Kim Lund, one of Cayman’s most successful real estate agents, Mr Parsons said he is grateful to Mr Lund for getting him into the busy real estate industry, which will of course leave little time for his favorite activities: spear fishing and boating.

“I am ready for this new and refreshing change and look forward to a long and successful career in real estate with Kim and Cindy as well as the rest of the RE/MAX team”, said Mr Parsons.

A born Caymanian with lots of country pride, he is excited to be promoting his island once again. Having worked in the Tourism industry from 1988 to 1996, his love for his country is evident to anyone that talks to him. Prior to joining RE/MAX, Mr Parsons ran his own business and worked for Government.

“Cayman has some excellent real estate offerings right now. With my Caymanian roots it’s going to be great to share our heritage and islands’ beauty with those that make Cayman their choice for investing,” he noted.

Mr Parsons is knowledgeable about Cayman’s history, has a good working relationship with many Government agencies and is well known by many of the condo managers on Seven Mile Beach, all of which will ensure that he can provide the very best service to his clients.

Joining Mr Parsons as a new face on the team is Ms Boyko. Originally from North Vancouver, Canada, she has made the Cayman Islands her home since the mid 90’s. RE/MAX Co-Broker and Owner James Bovell said Ms. Boyko is “a natural people person who was born to be in sales.”

Ms. Boyko who has worked in several sales and customer service related positions grew up with a father who was an avid real estate investor, all of which helps to give her a solid real estate sales foundation. “I just love making other peoples dreams come true,” said an upbeat Ms Boyko as she spoke about what she loved most about joining RE/MAX Cayman Islands, Ms. Boyko also loves the flexibility that comes with being a RE/MAX sales associate.

The ever active Ms Boyko enjoys working out, skiing, scuba diving and travelling. “Susan is a great addition to our team, she fits in nicely with the culture and relates to clients with ease and professionalism,” added Kim Lund, RE/MAX Cayman Islands Co-Broker and Owner.
