Local firm keeps employees happy

Polar Bear Air Conditioning was recently recognized for outstanding employee satisfaction in Nexstar’s Employee Satisfaction Survey. Nexstar is a world class professional training and development organization that emphasizes excellent customer service delivery and satisfaction for home service providers in the plumbing, heating, cooling and electrical industry.

The Employee Satisfaction Survey was performed by an independent market research firm to identify the level of satisfaction in 12 various categories ranging from ethics to training and development.

“Happy employees make for happy customers,” said Chuck Mobley, owner of Polar Bear Air Conditioning. “My employees are my customers and if they are happy with their jobs and this company, their satisfaction will be reflected in the service they deliver to our customers.”
