With traffic congestion building daily in Grand Cayman, Chris Carpenter is laughing all the way to the Vehicle Licensing Office because he is now the proud owner of a Vespa scooter.

Mr Carpenter will be beating the traffic thanks to the Z99, Rooster 101 and Jacques Scott�s recent special Bailey�s �Smooth Ride� giveaway promotion. For every one litre bottle of Bailey�s Irish Cream sold in Jacques Scott stores for the duration of the event, a donation was given to the Cayman Islands Cancer Society �Women Helping Women� Fund and purchasers were entered into the prize draw.
