Cayman Islands Triathlon Association
The Stroke and Stride series will take place on three consecutive Wednesday evenings: August 23, August 30, and September 6, 2006. The races provide terrific mid week relief from employment challenges. The races are short. The swim is usually 400 - 800 yards followed by a 1 - 2 mile run in South Sound, followed by camaraderie and hydration at a local spot in South Sound or George Town.

FREE track and field camp
Truman Bodden Sports Complex from Tuesday, 1 August to Friday, 4 August and on Monday and Tuesday, 7-8 August. Times 9pm to 12pm daily. Athletes aged 9-20 are invited. Instruction will be offered in sprints, middle distance, relays, shot put, discus, high jump and long jump events.
