RCIPS seek witnesses to bar brawl

The Police said on Monday that they were appealing for further witnesses to a fight which took place on Friday, 4 August outside Harry's Bar.

The incident, reportedly between two men, occurred at approximately 12:30 pm outside Harry's Baron Smith Road and resulted in one of the men receiving a stab wound to his head.  The victim is currently in hospital in Miami.

Officers would like to hear from anyone who may have seen the incident. Anyone who thinks they can help should contact DC Osbert Smith of the George Town CID on 949-4222.

Anyone with information about crime taking place in the Cayman Islands should contact their local police station or Crime Stoppers on 800 (TIPS). Callers to Crime Stoppers can remain anonymous and could be entitled to a cash reward if their information leads to an arrest.
