Dear Sir:

We are so sorry to hear that so many dedicated employees on the Island are having to leave because of the rollover. Why can they not be judged on their merits as an employee and neighbour in the community?

We have come to know and love the staff at The Reef, and I understand some of them will be leaving because of this. That seems so unfair as they are such a valuable asset to your wonderful island.

Laws can be changed to better the good of the people.
