The Last Word: Islam and Women

You might want to look up Lily Mazahery, an Iranian-born American Human Rights lawyer, who has been extremely vocal about these atrocities.  In fact, she delivered the counter-speech to that of Mohammad Khatami, the former president of Iran, at Harvard University last weekend.  In the past year alone, she has initiated numerous international campaigns that have resulted in saving the lives of women who had faced death by stoning or public hanging for having been raped, for "adultery," or for "acts incompatible with chastity."  You can find out more information about her at HerEarth.com.  I think you will find her extremely interesting.  Her speech at Harvard blew me away!  - J.C.Parsi

Sorry but stick to your long time rules.  Okay special occasions.  I wish Florida had some "blue laws".  Please don't change your "Quiet Sunday" rules. A frequent visitor and lover of the Cayman Island and their people. - Dianne Jones

Divi timeshare owners shocked

When is the Cayman Government going to step in and do something about what is going on with the timeshares in the Caymans? Indies Suites, Divi, the problems at Morritts, etc.  Some regulations need to be put in place before the Caymans lose all their long term repeat tourists!  Don't they care about the dollars that timeshare owners bring to the Caymans every year? - Billy Stein
