Pamela Small, WestStar TV Customer Care Manager, congratulates Guy Daniel on winning the company’s survey prize.
After customers rated its cable service in a recent survey, WestStar TV rewarded one of them with a 30-inch flat screen Plasma TV last month.
The just-concluded Customer Survey offered subscribers the chance to give WestStar TV their feedback on a number of important issues.
During a live draw on its Daybreak morning show on 15 December, Guy Daniel was announced the winner.
Customer Care Manager of WestStar TV, Pamela Small, said consumers provided valuable information that could lead to improved service.
“We would like to thank all those that participated. Customers were very generous in offering their opinions and making suggestions and we’re hoping to use this valuable information towards making some positive changes in 2007,” she said.
Ms Small said some of the concerns expressed are already being addressed and should take full effect within the first half of 2007.
Among the areas receiving attention are the website (with more information on WestStar TV’s products and services) and the adding and upgrading of WestStar TV service locations.
WestStar TV said it is committed to providing their subscribers with the highest quality service.
The initiative started with the launch of a new and improved Customer Care Centre in 2005.
The survey consisted of various questions relating to the quality of WestStar’s customer service, cable TV and technical service and required customers to rate the quality of service received and offer their comments and suggestions.
Customers received the survey form with their November statement and those returned by 30 November were entered into a prize draw.
