The Cayman Heart Fund (CHF) kicked off its annual weight loss competition dubbed War on Weight (WOW) on Thursday, 27 August at Full of Beans, Pasadora Place. This meet and greet event was organised by the WOW committee to introduce the competitors to one another and promote team work towards the common goal of losing weight and feeling good.
Participating sponsors were invited to meet the contestants and share helpful advice. Sponsors and supporters Body Sculptor’s Ernest Ebanks, Dietian Chad Collins, Dr John Addleson, Dr Marli Ellis, Cayman Health Ltd., and Fitness Connection were in attendance to show encouragement for the beginning of this tough battle of the bulge.
